Pool Safety Solutions Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our Policy
All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars.
Description of goods, services and prices may be subject to change or correction at any time. Although we seek to ensure information is correct, we make no representation or warranty as to information being accurate or complete. If we discover an error (EG goods or services are displayed for the wrong price), we will try to notify you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel your order and obtain a refund if desired. You may be required to provide your credit card details to us for the purpose of issuing a credit to your credit card account in the amount of any cancelled order.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
More Than 48 Hours Notice
You may only cancel or reschedule a pool safety inspection in writing to admin@poolsafetysolutions.com.au and prior to 12pm AEST, two (2) days prior to the scheduled day of inspection. There will be no fee payable for rescheduling and a $88 administration fee payable for cancellation.
Between 24 and 48 Hours Notice
Should you choose to cancel or reschedule a pool safety inspection in writing to admin@poolsafetysolutions.com.au and prior to 12pm AEST, one (1) day prior to the scheduled day of inspection. There will be a $55 administration fee payable for rescheduling and a $110 fee payable for cancellation.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Should you choose to cancel or reschedule a pool safety inspection in writing to admin@poolsafetysolutions.com.au after 12pm AEST, one (1) day prior to the scheduled day of inspection. There will be a $88 administration fee payable for rescheduling and there will be no refund for cancellation.
Stripe refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer’s statement.
Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Australian Commonwealth law. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
