Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Pool Compliance Protection Plan work?

The plan allows hotels, resorts, apartment complexes, body corporates, strata committees and holiday parks responsible for shared facilities to prepay for future pool compliance inspections for their single property over a 3-year or 6-year period. This helps maintain ongoing compliance and avoid last-minute bookings, at an economical locked-in price.

You will receive notifications, alerts and reminders to automatically lock in your inspection at the time of renewal. Set and forget.

This plan applies to one registered pool or spa per property, with the option to include a second registered pool or spa on the property at 50% of the plan price.

How long does the Pool Compliance Protection Plan last?

Inspections remain valid for the full term of your Pool Compliance Protection Plan - 3 or 6 years. They can be used whenever your facility requires a pool compliance inspection during that period.

QLD, every year
NSW, every 3 years
VIC, every 4 years

What if the property has both a swimming pool and a spa?

The plan applies to one registered pool or spa on the property.

If the property has both a registered pool and a registered spa, the second water body can be included at 50% of the plan price.

What if the property is sold?

Your Pool Compliance Protection Plan is transferable to the incoming owner or manager. Your plan doesn't disappear - it transfers with the property, adding genuine value to your sale.

What if pool safety regulations change?
As part of your Pool Compliance Protection Plan, we become your compliance advisory team to keep you informed of any regulatory changes, guiding you through what this means for you. Your plan always reflects current state compliance standards and regulations.
